If  you have collateral in the form of publicly traded securities or commercial real estate,  we will process your bridge loan application for:

• Real estate bridge loans and refinances (Minimum:  $500,000)
• Other business purposes, including:   stock/securities-based loans and lines of credit, sale leaseback(s), accounts Receivable financing, purchase order financing and funding   (Minimum: $500,000)

Our bridge loan terms are typically for up to two  years.

 

Bridge  Loan Criteria and Rates:

• Loan Size: $500,000 to $10,000,000 
• Lending Area: Continental U.S.
• 50% -80% LTV
• Interest Rate: starting at 3. 5% to 12%.  ( Interest Rates vary depending collateral and term)
• Amortization: Interest only 
• Origination Fee: 1 to 4%
• Closing time: 7 Days to 1 Month
• Term up to 2 years

Office, Multi-family units of 5 or more units, Retail – single or mixed use; Warehouses, Flag Hotels

 

Business Property Types/Loan Applications We Do Not Process:

Motels, Restaraunts, Water Parks, Golf Courses, Raw Land, Construction, Oil& Gas, Carwashes
